It is with great pleasure that Ayrton announces the appointment of ACT Lighting, Inc. as its new exclusive distributor for the United States, with effect from 10 January 2018.

ACT Lighting, Inc. is the US’s leading distributor of entertainment equipment with a fantastic reputation for technical knowledge and market understanding, backed by great customer service.

Ayrton’s global sales director Michael Althaus states: “We are very happy to have ACT Lighting as our new distributor. Ayrton is entering a new stage of growth, with its product range expanding and its team increasing rapidly, so we need a strategy that can cope with the extra demands this generates. Ayrton has therefore chosen to move its US distributorship to ACT Lighting which is well-placed to meet those demands, having an infrastructure, comprehensive sales network and a wealth of technical knowledge to take Ayrton onto the next stage of its US development.

Althaus continues: “We are looking forward to the next era of Ayrton and to working closely with ACT Lighting in promoting the Ayrton brand further across the US.”

Brian Dowd, ACT’s VP of Sales and Marketing, comments: “We are excited to offer Ayrton’s innovative and cutting-edge products to the amazing artists whose creative vision we are lucky to support. Ayrton is a highly complementary offering alongside ACT’s other best-in-class flagship brands, including MA Lighting, Claypaky, Robert Juliat, and others. We are also delighted to announce that Keith Bennett will join ACT as a brand specialist for Ayrton. He brings with him a continuity of market experience, product expertise and customer service which is key to Ayrton’s character as a manufacturer and which fits hand in glove with ACT’s own philosophy.”

Bennett comes to ACT from Morpheus Lights, which has been a fantastic distributor and advocate of Ayrton for many years.

Keith Bennett can be reached at +1 (844) 996-0884 or [email protected].
