Ayrton has experienced significant growth over the past few years and we are excited to be growing our Product Management Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, product management or technical sales and will have a clear understanding of current technology and products.

Job Duties:

  • Participate in the development of products,
  • Participate in the evaluation of prototypes,
  • Research and evaluate new technologies,
  • Prepare new products for market introduction,
  • Participate in the creation and the translation of texts and technical data for product catalogs, manuals, etc.
  • Perform quality control of new products,
  • Provide technical support to sales staff, join sales staff visiting customers for demonstration,
  • Ensure the proper management of demonstration equipment,
  • Ensure that products to be sent to customers are controlled, properly managed and reintegrated in demo stock,
  • Collect from suppliers all the technical information concerning the products,
  • Visit various suppliers in order to follow the product training,
  • Train and inform staff and customers of new products and other technical information,
  • Co-organize trade fairs and ensure their preparation and smooth technical progress,
  • Carry out inventories.

Skills and qualifications:  

  • At least 3 years of professional stage lighting experience,
  • Experience of working for a key lighting manufacturer or distributor is preferable,
  • Responsible, efficient, results oriented and the ability to work independently and on own initiative,
  • Team player: although many tasks are individual, the service organisation will act as a team,
  • Ability to set priorities, be flexible, multi-task and meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills,
  • Structured and organized reporting skills,
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices of the entertainment production and staging industry,
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • Excellent written and spoken other languages will be advantageous,
  • Willing to travel.
  • EU work permission preferable
